Today was rough. And hard. And scary. And harmful. I hope we all had a minute to stop and breathe and take care of ourselves until we can figure out next steps. I’m grateful to be in a place filled with fresh air and crummy cell service, and I was able to take my kids out and stick our feet in the river for a few hours. Whatever that looked like for you, I hope you’re there too. If not, check in, write it down, call a loved one, or find an online friend who is a great listener.
Tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes, and I will never not be hopeful that we’ll win this fight.
Sleep well, Substackers.
