Update - 3/24 12:30pm (EST): Judge Boasberg has released a 37-page order, stating that his original order blocking the use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 should remain in place, giving immigrants the opportunity to challenge accusations against them.
Trump can't enforce the act, but I think in his head he latched onto the word "invasion" in the application of it, because he always says immigrants are "invading U.S. soil," which they of course are not. I link the original act to the bottom of the article for clarification.
When it’s all said and done, there will be Americans charged with war crimes. And I believe these charges will be levied by “The Hague”. This probably does not mean much to a lot of folks, but myself, this is beyond disturbing. We will have joined the ranks of nazis, South African warlords, etc…these are the questions our grandchildren will ask us about. They will ask, “why can’t we travel the world the way we used too.”
This is shameful should be illegal. The people doing this need to be prosecuted!!!
