Thank you so much for all your hard work when I stop crying, I will process some shit but this is a very dangerous Bill as you stated. It would be really nice to have some professionals explain it on video and go through all the sections. we have technology to mass disseminate this information, but do we have the audience to read it? Thank you again for all your hard work. It is appreciated and it is going to be shared.
My theory is based on my life experience, and I think it applies to Trump only; he never learned how to read , hence he became a bully. Also explains his relationship with musk who may have both this and autism. While I think Trump is a disgusting person along with values and behaviors of Maga supporters. I care about our future, especially the future for our children.
20% of society has some form of this, so we need to help them with a different format;
Dyslexic thinking—characterized by unique cognitive processing styles, especially in visual-spatial reasoning, big-picture thinking, and creative problem-solving—can be a distinct advantage in entrepreneurship and innovative business environments. Here’s how:
1. Big-Picture Thinking
Dyslexics often excel at seeing overarching patterns, connections, and the “big picture,” rather than getting bogged down in details. In entrepreneurship, this is valuable for:
• Vision-setting: Imagining bold, innovative ideas and future trends.
• Strategic planning: Connecting disparate ideas to form unique business models or approaches.
2. Problem-Solving and Innovation
Dyslexic thinkers tend to approach problems from unconventional angles, using intuitive, out-of-the-box strategies.
• Lateral thinking: Rather than following linear paths, dyslexic entrepreneurs may leap to unexpected but effective solutions.
• Adaptability: Having often developed workarounds in school or daily life, they’re practiced at creating novel solutions under pressure.
3. Visual and Spatial Thinking
A common strength in dyslexia is an enhanced ability to think in images and 3D space.
• Product design: Excels in envisioning and improving physical or digital products.
• Data visualization: Turning complex data into meaningful visual insights.
4. Interpersonal and Communication Strengths
Many dyslexic individuals develop strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Storytelling: Effective at pitching ideas, telling a brand’s story, or motivating a team.
• Leadership: Often empathetic, intuitive leaders who inspire and connect well with others.
5. Risk-Taking and Resilience
Entrepreneurs with dyslexia frequently build resilience early due to academic or social challenges.
• Tolerance for risk: Willingness to pursue unconventional paths.
• Persistence: Capable of enduring setbacks and learning from failures.
6. Delegation and Collaboration
Since dyslexics may struggle with tasks like reading or writing, they often learn to delegate and collaborate early on.
• Building strong teams: They focus on amplifying their strengths and hiring to cover their weaknesses.
• Empowering others: Tends to trust and empower team members, fostering strong company culture.
Real-World Examples:
• Richard Branson (Virgin Group): Known for his dyslexia, he credits it for his ability to think differently and simplify complexity.
• Barbara Corcoran (Shark Tank): Attributes her real estate success in part to the resilience and sales acumen she developed as a dyslexic.
In short, while dyslexia presents certain challenges, the associated cognitive diversity can fuel entrepreneurial success by encouraging innovation, strategic vision, and dynamic leadership.
Social media and written communication in general is not good for this segment of creative people in the world. I think we get a lot of miscommunication's from written communications where there are no verbal and visual cues and people like me rely on other senses which become over developed, and we feel our way through life.
Thank you!! I love your work here. This is what makes me angry - there is TOO MUCH in this bill for people to process. It needs to be SCRAPPED and STOPPED. Protest, write, scream, call, email, call your news station - do it all please!! We can’t sleepwalk this bill into existence!
This will COST LIVES and END LIFE for people in need, and it’s inhumane. Every last provision should be made the maximum standard of care available under SENATE AND HOUSE MEMBERS HEALTH CARE PLAN. We’ll see how fast it gets modified if that was the case. But we can’t work in fantasy land - this is REAL. Thanks again for the awesome work!
Wow! That is really something! Only dumb people make simple processes complicated and I’ve noticed that when there could be a 1 step!!! Solution, dumb people create 5 new steps! 🤣
So shady! So selfish. I mean…so now elderly people get cut off their blood pressure meds or oxygen and all the supplies that come with it - my neighbor has cops - lots of supplies get delivered. But now if she hits the magic number was it 1 million? No more oxygen for you!
You cut care for the sickest, food for the poorest, and the vaccine program. Voilá! Soft eugenics (you don’t actually kill the “less desirable,” you just let them die). 😐
And another really dumb thing Medicare insists on has been renting paying a monthly fee for this portable machine that plugs in the wall - um for 10 years! I’ve tried to explain this - the govt could have purchased 10 of these by now. And it’s not like she’s got a top of the line model! I helped her get a more modern one than she had - the thing was over heating and beeping and she had it serviced every couple days. so I started researching and found hers to be a very old model. Sucking electricity. That was the supplier doing that b.s. getting over on her and she won’t complain because “I’m on Medicare so I deserve piece of shit equipment!” My words not hers.
It is all about profiteering. Most of our government money is wasted by people who are prepared to exploit loopholes and omissions for money. Feature, not a bug. 😞
In the first place, we the people, do not have a HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, we have an INSURANCE CARE SYSTEM. Do away with the requirement to have private/employer provided HEALTH INSURANCE, replace it with MEDICARE FOR ALL. Immediate savings of anywhere from 20% to 50%. Notice I did not say this would be FREE. Use AI to manage the system.
Also provide for each and every person UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME.
Ha. That’s what United healthcare was using when I was with them. A surgery that I needed for a dislocated shoulder they refused. So I paid for myself out-of-pocket.. . Fortunately for me, I sold my travel trailer so I had the money to do so the next time something catastrophic happens to me I won’t have that ability like so many of us.
Needless to say, I am no longer with them. They denied too many things that I needed medically that I need for my asthma my ability to walk and even someone to come check on me they denied everything. . . So be vigilant stay healthy, and safe. And Ellie Leonard thank you so much for all that you do for this community.
TL;dr I figured it out- bottom sentence still counts though!
Dumb question - can you send me a link to like your main page? I would like to share it on Facebook and see if it will actually be available, in part so I can get the couple thousand friends on that list the chance to read your summaries. I can create a link in my profile, but struggling to find a general link to your whole channel here in the app. If you want to tell me how to find it that is good too. I am feeling very stupid at the moment.
You are a smart cookie, my friend! Thank you for sharing your knowledge here. People amaze me! So generous and kind and then on the opposite end it’s unbearable!
I’m moving my Downey statement to its appropriate place @CenteredAmerica that’s my Substack home. Lease come see the gen z guys who built their space. Very cool people and they are passionate about seeing this change we will need to make lots of changes but democracy does not need to be changed! People do! Thanks ladies for all the good info. I’ll be back! 💜
I have been there! I am not nearly as dedicated as Ellie (my self-sacrifice slog has been trying to finish “Unhumans,” fact-checking before I share things I wish were true, and a symptoms flare that has me at less than six hours sleep in three days, so focus and words are kind of a challenge). When I read the first few paragraphs in Unhumans (highly recommended read by JD Vance), I got so upset I didn’t pick it back up for a couple of MONTHS.
Posobiec literally pretty much labels anyone who supports Trump opposition as “Commie” less than humans who need to be eradicated. It is the kind of language used in 1930s Germany about Jews, Romani, Slavs, Gays, etc. - not real humans and the world is better off without them disrupting civilization. 😐
Sounds like they’ve written RFK out of the will! 😂 They took those big beautiful decisions right off his des didn’t they? Several things they do not want him near
This bill appears to reduce citizen benefits and increase the power of the Secretary of HHS to deny coverage or increase costs to patients.
Just Say No to this Big Betrayal Bill.
I wonder if these modifications to SSI and Medicare applies to elected officials in Congress? State and City officials?
Nope
I hope this bill doesn't s t pass. I have three surgeries coming up n I cannot afford if I have to pay myself

That’s an interesting idea actually. I may tuck that one away.

In government, usually that is so they can appoint friends to lucrative positions in exchange for donations to their campaign funds. 🙄

Agreed on all fronts, bravo!
Trump & Co. are upping the ante [coverup lying, protecting, real-time] by allowing him to play out his despot fantasies ….. sick!
Yes, it’s a big mess. Thank you for reading ;)

Always always always ask the question even if you think it’s dumb. Odds are that some other viewers have same Q.
Well. In the app you click on the publication name to get to the main page and then click the three dots in the upper right.

Now if they could only spell ‘basis’ correctly instead of ‘bases’
Did I misspell something?
😁
Always great to have a brief moment of relief !😅 thanks 🙏

Took away RFKs horse face surgery. …..he’s stuck with it now. 😂
